1. Our service

Doorstep Offer Partners acts as an estate agent for the sale, purchase and letting of residential property. Valuations are professional opinions based on comparable market evidence, not guarantees of achieved price.

2. Fees

Fees are agreed in writing before marketing begins and fall due as stated in your instruction letter. Photography, floor plans and portal listings described in your agreement are included at no extra charge.

3. Listings

Property details are prepared in good faith from information supplied by owners and our own inspections. Buyers and tenants should confirm measurements, permissions and fittings by survey and legal enquiry before exchange or signing.

4. Viewings

Viewings are accompanied by our agents unless agreed otherwise. Please give us at least four working hours' notice to cancel or rearrange.
