When you enquire, book a viewing or register a wishlist, we keep your name, contact details and the content of your message so an agent can reply and arrange what you asked for.

How we use it

Your details are used only to provide the agency service you requested — valuations, viewings, negotiations and updates on matching homes. We never sell personal data, and marketing messages go only to people who asked for them.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months; transaction files follow legal record-keeping requirements. You may ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time.
